Registration

The final registration should be made on-line at the website onlinereg.ru/pws2009. Please, click on 'on-line registration' at the left column and you will see a questionary. Fill in all fields and you will receive a username and password for the following secure registration. Note that usually participants of conferences prefer to order the tourist visa (the cheapest version). In this case it should be pointed out 'tourism' in the field 'purpose of visit'.

The final registration can be done only by those who made preliminary registration. The final registration allows to obtain the invitation letter needed for Russian visa. It also allows to order a single or double room in the workshop hotel Azimut. A limited number of double rooms are available in the hotel Oktiabrskaya. This hotel is located closer to the historical center of the city and will be convenient for accompaning persons. Every morning a bus from the hotel Oktiabrskaya to the workshop hotel will be secured. Note, please, that the fee will be enlarged in case of registration after April 30.

The registration fee is 390 EUR before April 30 and 420 EUR after April 30. The fee includes proceedings volume, all coffee breaks, welcome party, 5 lunches, an excursion around the city and a partial payment for the conference halls.
